1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in any BELC programs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services

BELC provides online and offline educational content, doubt-solving support, test series, and other learning resources for school students. We also conduct entrance exams, provide academic mentoring, and share student progress updates.

3. Registration

Users may register for BELC programs through our website or authorized communication channels. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. BELC reserves the right to suspend or terminate registrations based on false or incomplete information.

4. Fees and Payments

BELC offers both free and paid services, based on student eligibility, category, and resources accessed.

Student Categories:

• Existing Members:
  Students who register and meet the required percentage in BELC’s Entrance/Eligibility Exam are classified as Existing Members.
  ✅ They receive free access to digital classes, study resources, doubt-solving support, and academic mentoring.
  ❌ However, the following charges apply:

  • Handwritten Notes (based on subject/volume)

  • Exam Appearance Charges (compulsory for all students) , and any small activities or small study material.

• New Members:
  Students who do not meet the benchmark score are classified as New Members.
  ✅ They are eligible to join BELC by paying a highly affordable course fee.
  ❌ Charges also apply for:

  • Handwritten Notes

  • Exam Appearance Charges

Important Payment Notes:

• Exam appearance charges are mandatory for both Existing and New Members.

• Fee details will be clearly communicated before any payment is made.

• All payments are non-refundable, except under special administrative approval.

5. Code of Conduct

Students, parents, and users must maintain respectful behavior and follow academic integrity. Any misuse of BELC platforms, staff harassment, content duplication, or policy violation may lead to account suspension or removal from the program.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the BELC website — including but not limited to videos, logos, study materials, and graphics — is the property of BELC. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

BELC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that arise from using this website, technical failures, or interruptions in learning due to reasons beyond our control.

8. Modifications to Terms

BELC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
